Full Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, positive can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly with professional manner to report to the Regional Manager and to be based in Darwin.
You will be responsible for supporting the team in their delivery to our clients. The role is also responsible for supporting the regional leadership team in completing assigned tasks. The areas of focused support are:
Diary and meeting coordination Reception duties Travel coordination Expense reconciliation Database management Event coordination Daily management of the IT platform Weekly reporting Facilities and fleet management Site induction and training of new employees across the region When you join our team, we look forward to offering you:

You will have a strong background in administration, great time management and organisational skills You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel) Your can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly, professional manner will see you succeed in this role You must have a current driver's license.
