Location can be at Werribee or Wallan. The role You'll be empowering and motivating a small team of DES consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability. Your team's success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
