We are now expanding our team in Bathurst and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our clinic.
Position Summary:
As a Client Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our clients and audiologists. Acting as the first point of contact, you will handle client enquiries, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system, CounselEar. You'll also perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and provide compassionate assistance with their enquiries. Schedule and manage client bookings, ensuring efficient coordination of appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our digital system. Support audiologists with client documentation, device troubleshooting, and client service needs. Handle billing and payments in a professional and timely manner. Participate in various administrative tasks to support clinic operations and maintain an organised, welcoming environment. Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centred approach. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office and CRM software (experience with CounselEar is a plus). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service is highly regarded. What We Offer:
