About the Role In this exciting full-time role, you will have the opportunity to deliver professional education for our own brand, evo.
Working in partnership with the sales team, you will help drive the growth of our business through education and new business opportunities.
This role will be Adelaide based; some regional travel may be required.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and coordinating the education program for your designated territory by: Performing colour demonstrations, followed by installation programs for new clients. Delivering in-salon education workshops and seminars. Facilitating varied company brand programs. Setting up and supporting guest artists in seminars and shows. Collaborating with the sales team to plan education needs and workshops across our client groups. Representing the Haircare Group at trade association meetings to promote our products. Managing education deliverables, including the facilitation of workshops, adhering to correct set up, materials, equipment, product, pack down and clean up processes. Managing and maintaining relationships with clients and proactively pioneering new business, in collaboration with the sales team. Managing reporting requirements and providing insight to the Education Manager as required. We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience: Previous experience in performing demonstrations, client installations, and delivering education content. Previous hairdressing experience, combined with a passion for sharing knowledge and education. Strong experience with face-to-face/on-line customer service. Excellent communication, consulting, interpersonal, and influencing skills combined with the ability to develop trusted relationships at all levels to gain support and achieve outcomes. Well-developed organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work and follow through on set tasks. Experience using Microsoft Suite, with sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. A highly motivated individual who enjoys working towards KPIs and shared team goals. A team player with an outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality.
