As an Advanced Field Service Engineer (Supervisor), your focus will be to provide leadership and support team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems Leading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required Prepare accurate monthly forecasts and ensuring effective financial control according to agreed budgets and plans Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfaction Facilitate the development of others' knowledge, skills, and competencies by providing timely feedback and planning relevant development activities Key Experience & Capabilities:
8 years Industry experience / background – BMS / Security / HVAC control systems Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues Project management experience Demonstrated technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues Strong communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills Who We Are
