We are currently seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to join our team.
You will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems.
Key Responsibilities: Understanding of SLA and manage team to drive 100% SLA fulfilmentManaging service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the sameLeading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on LeadDrive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunitiesProvide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiriesKey Experience & Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in a technical/Engineering field3 years' experience in Honeywell Product PlatformExperience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferableExperience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN/UNCWho We Are
