Join Us and Make an Impact. As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, your focus will be to perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC).
Key Responsibilities: Understanding of SLA and manage team to drive 100% SLA fulfilment.Managing service escalation and meeting with customer at site for the resolution of the same.Leading for new sales lead generation and detail technical site study along with BOM preparation followed by technical presentation at site to convince customer on Lead.Drive BTI opportunities and cyber opportunities.Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues.Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries.Knowledge on DVM, EBI, CCTV, Access control.Configure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, TPS/TDC other DCS hardware / software.Upgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer's industrial process.Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendations. Key Experience & Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in a technical/Engineering field.Min of total 8 years' experience in field service engineering and Min 3 years' experience in Honeywell Product Platform team to meet AOP for Service contracts revenue and billing and collections.Experience with DCS, PLC, Networking, Third party communication, Modbus, Serial interface etc.Knowledge in process automation, experience in process like petrochemical, Oil and Gas is preferable.Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, C-300, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, along with PC/Networking experience is preferable.Experience in DCS project and service for industrial automation sector is must.
