The role: Aerison is currently seeking experienced Advanced and Intermediate Rigger's for maintenance and project works across the Rio site within Western Australia.
This project will run until April 2025 with a consistent roster of 2:1.
We are looking at applicants who have rigging experience and relevant tickets, with Rio Tinto induction being desirable.
Your overall responsibilities for this position: Rigging duties to support the deconstruction of an existing scrubber and the installation of a new dust collector and structure at a low-grade crushing building. To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience as an Advanced Rigger, preferably within the mining industry. High Risk Work License – RA/RI ticket. Working in Confined Spaces (within 2 years). Working at Heights (within 2 years). EWP and Telehandler ticket desirable. VOC desirable. Demonstrated experience working in construction; dust extraction experience highly desirable. Current White Card. Rio Tinto inducted desirable. The Perks: Weekly pay cycle.
