Based at our Head Office in Unanderra, you will be responsible for providing the best possible after-sales care and support to all ADP Business Customers.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: High volume data processing and management of tickets in Hubspot. Identifying issues impacting customers and providing resolution. Fact finding and problem solving. Responding to queries via phone and email. Critical thinking with an ability to think outside the box. Natural problem-solving ability. Keen eye for detail and advanced data processing skills. A sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties. Exceptional communication skills. A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results. Proven ability to complete daily tasks to a high standard. Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong computer/data entry capabilities and ability to work across multiple systems. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner. Knowledge of bathroom products is an advantage, but not essential. Experience with Hubspot. Demonstrated customer service experience and confidence in dealing with customers on the phone.
