Role:The role of an Adoption Support Officer involves providing administrative and operational support to Adoption Services through data entry and record retrieval and assessing and processing a high volume of queries and applications.Some of your duties will include: Demonstrating a commitment to departmental values.Maintaining office supplies and procedures, such as mail distribution.Using a variety of IT systems to manage client and other data.

Qualifications: A relevant degree, tertiary qualification or vocational certificate is desired.
