Seeking an experienced ADMS Specialist to provide the technical capability and leadership required to integrate and maintain data and data linkages for its ADMS and related supporting systems and to ensure this data, analysis, supporting systems, processes, people and culture endures and provides increasing value.
Experience and Skills
• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline.
• Specialist-level expertise in geospatial data
• Demonstrated experience integrating geospatial data, and SCADA data will be highly valued
• Demonstrated experience working with Schneider ADMS Ecostruxure will be highly valued
• Demonstrated experience working with GE Smallworld GIS will be highly valued
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SQL Server will be highly valued
• Demonstrated experience working with Common Information Model (CIM) will be highly valued
• Demonstrated experience in working within a large delivery program, and an enterprise governance environment
• Demonstrated experience in quality management and assurance of enterprise integrations, including unit testing, stub testing, and end to end testing
• Extensive problem solving and analytical skills. Experience in providing innovative solutions to emerging challenges.
• Well-developed verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to apply this to mentoring and training. Able to collaborate with multiple teams, and engage and influence management and stakeholders for positive outcomes.
• Superior written communication skills and business acumen including experience in preparing designs and reports and documenting systems appropriately for the end systems administrator.
• Maintaining technical expertise and in depth understanding analysis techniques
• Prioritising and applying techniques to maximise organisational benefit.
• Using data and analysis to ensure alignment between organisational benefit and societal/regulatory benefits
• Developing a culture where data and its quality are treated and maintained as an asset.
• Leading and consulting with internal stakeholders to gain commitment and support for control system programs and projects.
• Maintaining engagement and ensuring skill development to ensure ongoing effective operational use of systems.
• Ensuring knowledge transparency.
• Minimising single points of failure with systems and people/processes and addressing these with a combination of people/process and technical solutions.
• Ensuring solutions balance system complexity and skill requirements so that system failure points are not transitioned to knowledge/process failure points.
• Encouraging and engaging with the team during significant transformation of the existing working models, inspiring and motivating individual team members to adopt new operating models.
