Student Services, Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs or Moreton Bay campus, Petrie Level 6, $90,038- $97,437 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time, 8 month fixed-term appointment The Opportunity You will assess prospective and current student applications and contribute to the, development and coordination of all activities related to the University's Admissions and Credit Transfer processes, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and procedures.
In doing so, you will prioritise student-centered business practices to deliver an exceptional student experience throughout these processes.
Initially, this role will have a primary focus on supporting the University's Credit Transfer processes.

You will coordinate and assist with all aspects in relation to the operational processes of admission, credit transfer and other related tasks, in accordance with University policies and procedures and relevant external legislation and accreditation requirements; organise the admission of students to programs at UniSC, including the responsibility for the assessment of applications and qualifications and the coordination of offers; assess student applications to make credit determinations and provide advice on all aspects of student pathways; and identify opportunities and potential functional improvements and enhancements in admission and credit related processes to ensure continuous improvement.
About you With extensive knowledge and experience in using computerised student information systems, you possess the ability to assess problems, develop innovative solutions, and respond efficiently in a process improvement environment.
Your background includes delivering outstanding customer service, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
You excel in teamwork and are adept at communicating confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse range of clients You will possess: ability to perform duties at a skill level which assumes and requires knowledge or training equivalent to: a degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise; or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; ability to work with staff in developing knowledge and understanding of data integrity and quality control issues and its relationship to continuous quality improvement principles and practises; experience in the coordination and presentation of training sessions and in the preparation of documents and publications; and experience in, or evidence of an ability to quickly develop the skills to complete the set- up of programs and courses and undertake system related testing in the Oracle Campus Solutions (Peoplesoft) Student Information System.
