CDU is the only Northern Territory (NT) based university and as a place-based regional university it is deeply embedded in our local communities and is planning to deliver a new medical program in 2025 that is tailored specifically to the needs of our local community. The purpose is to establish a medical program at CDU to graduate and retain more First Nations and local resident doctors in the NT to serve the NT community. The admissions process positively selects for NT First Nations and NT resident students knowing that students drawn from local communities are more likely to remain in those communities when they graduate. 
As the Admissions and Accreditation Manager, you will support the Dean and Medical Program Manager in the management of the admission processes, internal and external accreditation requirements for the establishment and ongoing implementation of the medical program and meeting reporting requirements.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
A Graduate qualification in a relevant fieldDemonstrated experience in accreditation management within the field of medical education or healthcare.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent project management and organisational abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated knowledge of the challenges of remote and rural health practice, First Nations health, social determinants of health and the context of the Northern Territory (NT)This position is subject to Charles Darwin University Affirmative Action Priority Recruitment measures, in accordance with s57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 (NT) 1992. Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $91,642 to $100,594 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $107,221 to $117,694 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
