For these roles we are seeking residential Karratha based candidates with proven administration experience, looking to take on a new opportunity - Applications with no administration experience will not be considered.
Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time Hours Start date: ASAP Location: Karratha and Surrounds - must live in Karratha and be available to start within 1 - 2 weeks Pay rate: Approx.
$35 - $38ph + super Duties will depend on role, but to be considered you will be required to have:
Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in an administration based position Ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn and navigate in house systems MUST be comfortable working in a team environment Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic Excellent organisational and communication skills Attention to detail, high level of commitment Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook etc.)

SAP; SharePoint software; Adobe Pro Suite, Knowledge of QDMS is advantageous Ability to pass a police check Key Duties included across available roles:
Offering fantastic Customer service by phone and email Responding to queries, Processing orders and invoicing functions (XERO or SAP experience beneficial) Obtaining and maintaining employee records, booking interviews and medicals, conducting reference checks, and ensuring compliance is in line with company policies Pulling reports and maintaining document files Accurate data entry Creating and managing maintenance workorders, finance functions.
