In this role, you'll be working alongside the Workshop Team, reporting to the Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities Coordinating services of Company Vehicles (routine and ad hoc), organising and liaising with LV Team of vehicle services required Fielding light vehicle (phone and email) enquiries (vehicle breakdowns, service bookings, minor repairs) identifying any urgent matters and scheduling with the team or external services.
Provide high level of administrative support, word processing, document preparation (weekly reports), information collation and spreadsheet management (high volume of data entry in MS Excel) Maintaining accurate records of electronic filing structures and systems About you The ideal candidate will bring recent experience in a high-level administrative support role involving high-volume data entry, additionally: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia Hold a current manual Drivers licence with reliable transport Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in a similar role involving facilitating vehicle servicing will be highly regarded Why Join Shadforth?
