The Hunterson A Waste Operations team is looking for an Administrator/Document Clerk to join them. You'll be responsible for the handling and processing of documentation, including that related to waste records and compliance, as well as providing administrative support to the Higher Activity Waste (HAW) team. A high quality of work is essential to ensure the documentation is prepared and in compliance with customer and site specifications.
Key Deliverables
Work as an effective member of the team. Provide a high level of administrative support to the Waste Operations team, including processing procurement requests and invoicing. Maintain the waste package & records tracking system effectively, identifying issues with document quality and rectifying as appropriate. Manage the department Self Assurance Monitoring Programme. Manage the processing and storage of contractor documentation. Attend meetings: prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans. Demonstrate good communication skills to ensure the efficient handling and processing of documentation. Apply attention to detail and seek to continually improve delivery and service. Qualifications & Experience
Educated to A level or equivalent (essential). Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (essential). Experience of providing a wide range of administrative support activities (essential). Experience of working in a relevant technical function e.g., engineering, quality, health & safety, etc. (desirable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
