Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport is a family owned and operated business with strong family values. We move temperature sensitive freight around Australia and we're looking for a PM Booking Clerk to join us at our Dandenong South depot.
We are looking for someone reliable with strong customer service & administration skills ideally within the transport and logistics field.
This is a full time role, start between 12pm and 2pm Monday to Friday. Overtime available for weekend work. Role Responsibilities: Answering customer calls and booking in jobs. Respond to phone & email queries from customers, suppliers and relevant stakeholders as required. Process inbound paperwork Add lines to manifests as required, updating and correcting entries as needed. Coordinate and action all customer bookings Manage interstate bookings and required entry paperwork. Collaborate with key sites regarding restrictions, daily operations and delivery opportunities. Driver debrief of paperwork, ensuring all POD's and run sheets are complete. Ensure paperwork required for invoicing is provided within appropriate timeframe. Oversee all required pallet transfers and hires, working collaboratively with the National Pallet Team to ensure compliance All missing paperwork is investigated as required. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a transport/fleet administration position. Experience in Refrigerated Transport desired. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. TMS experience. (desired) Freight 2020 (desired) Strong problem solving skills. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced environment.
