This is a Team Coordinator/Administrator role for an organized individual that is looking to join an expert team that provides top customer service, excellent market expertise, and has fun along the way!
Monday – Friday, this is a dream role with all administration 'cheat sheets', a great team culture & career progression!
The Role: Monday – Friday Administration – you will be the heart of the team Supporting a team of Buyers Agents Organizing calendars Team Coordination Managing inboxes Assisting in marketing and social media Organizing marketing collateral for each agent Creating and sending agency agreements Communication with clients Assisting with the website Organizing settlement gifts Ad hoc administration The Candidate: Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Experience in building and maintaining relationships The ability to work in a tight-knit team Have a strong interest in Real Estate About the Culture & Benefits: Utilizing the latest technology They will PAY for your Certificate of Registration Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) Work very closely with a very experienced team of Buyers Agents Fantastic office fit-out with breakout rooms Grow & Progress – this is a growing team Excellent training and development implemented Easy street parking To Apply: Please call Felix Hoffmann-Este on for more information or email your CV to .
