WesTrac are on the lookout for two motivated Administrators to join our South Guildford Component Rebuild Centre team on a part-time school friendly hours basis.
In this role, you will work as part of an administration team to deliver top-notch administrative support to the branch. Your duties will include:
Handling purchase requisitionsOverseeing the purchasing processManaging time capture reportingOrganising work scope booksMaintaining archivesEnsuring compliance with WesTrac policiesTraining requirementsOverseeing safety and contamination control auditsFostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersWe're seeking a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A problem-solving mindset and a focus on the bigger picture are essential.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Flexible days between Monday to Friday, 6 - 8hrs
