WesTrac are on the lookout for a motivated Administrator to join our Welshpool Rebuild team.
In this role, you will work as part of an administration team to deliver top-notch administrative support to the branch. Your duties will include:
Handling purchase requisitions Overseeing the purchasing process Managing time capture reporting Organising work scope books Maintaining archives Ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies Taking charge of training requirements Overseeing safety and contamination control audits Fostering positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders We're seeking a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A problem-solving mindset and a focus on the bigger picture are essential.
Location: Welshpool, WA
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8hrs - 3 month fixed term opportunity with potential to extend (part-time applicants will be considered and flexible hours available)
