Administrator - Service Operations

Due to expansion, WesTrac is seeking a Service Administrator to coordinate key office functions and administrative tasks to ensure optimal efficiency of the Machine Engineering Workshop, located in Tomago NSW.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the predominant scopes of work will see you acting as the first point of contact welcoming internal stakeholders, being accountable for purchase orders, monitoring office and workshop consumables, actioning timesheets, maintaining safety and compliance documentation along with other miscellaneous administrative duties.
This role plays a key function in supporting the wider team of 50~ trades personnel within WesTrac's Machine Shop business unit.
Skills and experience: Strong written and verbal communication Software experience– SAP, DBS, MS Suite and/or Purchasing software Demonstrated experience in an administration role Commitment to the customer experience Strong commitment to safe work practices Our Ideal Candidate Will take initiative in their work, implementing exceptional organisation and time management skills to support our customer experience values.
