You'll support company operations by aiding the QA & WHS Manager, maintaining project management databases, and contributing to business optimisation projects. This role reports to the Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIESSupports Quality Assurance (QA) & Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager with internal auditing and reportingData entry, maintenance and oversight for Project Management data base softwareClerical supportAssisting Managers by optimising and digitising processesOperation of office equipment and publishing of reports for distribution, including proof readingMaintenance of supplies and equipment for the work areaAssistance in keeping the work area clean and tidyMaintains office services by organising office operations and procedures; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.Assist with telephone answering and receptionist duties when requiredMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurementSupports administration staff job by coaching, counselling; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.Maintenance of supplies and equipment for the work areaPreparation of financial reports as requested by Directors.Assistance in keeping the work area clean and tidy.POSITION REQUIREMENTSTraining in QA & WHS auditing is essentialExperience working with Workflow Max or equivalent Project Management software is advantageousProficiency in data entry and word processingAbility to manage the control of documentationAbility to provide assistance with other administrative dutiesAbility to manage administration staffGood planning and organisational skills.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.Professional appearance and manner.Computer literacy is a key. Demonstrated experience using software to help with business optimisationProficiency using MS Word and Excel for Windows.Ability to negotiate effectively.Ability to provide assistance with other administrative dutiesValid Driver's license preferred. ADELAIDE OFFICE Our Adelaide office is centrally located in the CBD (within walking distance to the iconic Adelaide Central Markets), and it is the headquarters for our national business across Australia. We just moved into this newly renovated building in 2023 and are enjoying the modern décor and professional environment. In addition, the basement level is dedicated meeting rooms, training facilities, and a large central space for socialising and networking.
