Full-time position with flexible hours Full training provided If you enjoy autonomy this is for you   About the Role/Employer    With over 27 years of experience, our client offers state-of-the-art commercial and residential carpet and upholstery cleaning services.
They're seeking an experienced Administrator/Project Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, schedule jobs, dispatch technicians and liaise with all parties.
Your past experience will ensure you have your finger on the pulse at all times.
What's great about this role: You will be an integral part of the business Parking on site and/or public transport near by Enjoy social activities throughout the year Be part of a friendly cohesive working environment  Autonomous role Duties: Work closely with project managers to ensure that jobs are completed on time & within budget, and to provide updates on the progress of each job.
Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, ordering materials and equipment, managing technicians & their schedules, & ensure that all safety procedures are followed & all necessary permits and documentation are in order.
Manage records of each job, including the materials used, labour costs, & other relevant information, & ensure that they are accurate & up to date.
Monitor the inventory of equipment and materials to ensure that there is an adequate supply on hand, & work to replenish any items that are running low.
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, including following up with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
Manage office supplies & equipment.
Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an admin/scheduling or coordinator role  Exceptional customer service skills Ability to show empathy and communicate on all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills Experience with Service Mate software advantageous, but not essential How to apply All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
