The Opportunity:
UGL Utilities division is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for a Power Station project based in the Hunter Valley region.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Enter/Upload high volume of timesheets into SAP payroll
Follow up on any inconsistencies or missing timesheets
Liaise with Project Administrators for correct coding of timesheets
Assist others in the team with timesheet entry to ensure payroll deadlines are met
Process any changes required before sign-off
Understand and answer basic queries relating to Enterprise Agreements (EA's) and Contract of Employment (COE's).
Address payroll queries in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in time sheeting and payroll process
Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
Advanced Excel and computer skills
SAP Experience (Advantageous)
Strong attention to detail with accurate word processing and data entry skills
Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
