We are seeking a highly proficient Administration Officer to join our dynamic team, located near Barnawartha in the beautiful Indigo Valley. The position is a part-time to full-time role, Monday to Friday, 24-40 hours per week.
You will be an integral part of our office team, responsible for all administrative and daily financial tasks. Your role will be to support the smooth operation of our office and site operations.
Oztek Holdings Pty Ltd provides a valuable service to the community by processing (Rendering) material that would otherwise go to waste to produce Tallow and Meat & Bone Meal. We are a family business that has been operating for 20 years. We value our long-held supply partnerships with regional meat processors.

Those that work for us tend to stick around Supportive and friendly management with ongoing support and training Competitive salary, that is flexible dependent on experience and performance Your responsibilities include: Administrative support General office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails and adhoc duties as required, in a professional manner Provide administrative support to the management team and staff Assist with freight bookings & handle incoming and outgoing mail Manage and maintain office supplies Support HR related tasks including employee onboarding paperwork & record-keeping Bookkeeping & recording day-to-day financial transactions Payroll processing Accounts payable & receivable, including the preparation & processing of invoices, receipts & payments Prepare and format documents & reports as required Collaborate with operations and streamline processes & reporting Reconcile bank accounts & credit card statements Preparing monthly Business Activity Statements Stock & production reporting Skills: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Proficiency using accounting software, QuickBooks and Reckon Accounts highly regarded Excellent organisational and time management skills Data entry - strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task & prioritise tasks meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilities If you possess the necessary skills and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you believe you are the ideal candidate for this role.
