We are seeking a highly proficient Administration Officer to join our dynamic team, located near Barnawartha in the beautiful Indigo Valley. The position is a part-time to full-time role, Monday to Friday, 24-40 hours per week.You will be an integral part of our office team, responsible for all administrative and daily financial tasks. Your role will be to support the smooth operation of our office and site operations.Oztek Holdings Pty Ltd provides a valuable service to the community by processing (Rendering) material that would otherwise go to waste to produce Tallow and Meat & Bone Meal. We are a family business that has been operating for 20 years. Those that work for us tend to stick aroundSupportive and friendly management with ongoing support and trainingCompetitive salary, that is flexible dependent on experience and performanceYour responsibilities include:Administrative supportGeneral office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails and adhoc duties as required, in a professional mannerProvide administrative support to the management team and staffAssist with freight bookings & handle incoming and outgoing mailManage and maintain office suppliesSupport HR related tasks including employee onboarding paperwork & record-keepingBookkeeping & recording day-to-day financial transactionsPayroll processingAccounts payable & receivable, including the preparation & processing of invoices, receipts & paymentsPrepare and format documents & reports as requiredCollaborate with operations and streamline processes & reportingReconcile bank accounts & credit card statementsPreparing monthly Business Activity StatementsStock & production reportingSkills:Proven experience in an administrative or office support roleProficiency using accounting software, QuickBooks and Reckon Accounts highly regardedExcellent organisational and time management skillsData entry - strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi-task & prioritise tasks meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written & verbal communication and interpersonal abilitiesIf you possess the necessary skills and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you believe you are the ideal candidate for this role.Click on the 'Apply with SEEK' button above to get started.
