In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Correspondence: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently and professionally.Timesheet Data Entry: Process timesheets for large and complex teams working in the field, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Invoicing: Manage supplier and contract invoicing to maintain our financial processes.Office Facilities Management: Oversee daily management of office facilities, including the procurement of consumables like office supplies, coffee, tea, and more.Team Support: Provide administrative support to operations and the broader team to help us achieve our goals.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in an administration roleCompetent keyboard and data entry skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAccounts Payable entry and use of Greentree or MYOB operating systemHighly developed time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesHigh degree of attention to detailExcellent communication skills – both written and oralDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionJoin a supportive culture that values personal development, initiative, and achievement in a positive work environment.
