Administrator, Network and Desktop SupportSydneyAs the Administrator, Network and Desktop Support you will manage all daily IT operations and service desks to users.
You will assist in all IT projects implementation and IT tasks execution across Australia and New Zealand while guaranteeing a good IT experience for ANZ users.What you'll do:Work independently to provide end users support on Windows and Mac workstations as well as application enquiries.Attend and actively participate in Global Infrastructure meetings.Remediate vulnerabilities on specified systems in a timely manner.Perform asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.Implement corporate IT security standards and policies.Co-ordinate with local and corporate teammates for IT project implementation.Report any IT errors or abnormal conditions to supervisor immediately.Be proactive in investigating any IT issues/errors, proposing solutions, and carrying out actions.Follow all company policies and requirements including but not limited to any relevant IT procedures and standards.Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisor and any ad hoc tasks to maintain and deliver quality IT support to business operations.Co-ordinate with corporate teammates for global application deployment for ANZ.Other tasks and assignments assigned by your superior/Company.Knowledge of Audio/Video equipment operation is an added advantage.Co-ordinate with data center for equipment management/monitoring.Who you are:Experience in support of Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Oracle database management, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.Always up to date on the latest IT technology.Experience on AIX machine.Strong communication, able to work well in a team or independently with strong interpersonal skills.Analytical mind with good attention to detail.Demonstrates initiative, strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help others.Able to work under pressure and multi-task.Able to prepare technical documentation.Drive IT experience and improvement attitude.Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent.Working experience in a multinational company is preferred.Minimum 3 years' working experience in an enterprise IT environment.What we give you:You join a global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.Flexible working (in office in Pyrmont or from home), empowering you to bring your best.Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.We provide an excellent range of benefits like private health benefits, life insurances, inclusive paid parental leave, emergency back-up childcare, LinkedIn Learning, Novated car leasing options plus loads of industry discounts & perks!Equal OpportunitiesAs an active part of a culturally and socially diverse society, Sony Music's aim is that our workforce is diverse and inclusive.
