The Role Join our team at the Metro Grain Centre in Forrestfield! We're offering an exciting permanent part-time position as an Officer - MGC, with a 32-hour workweek. This role involves providing crucial administrative support to the Manager – Metro Grain Centre, Operations and Maintenance leaders.
Responsibilities include: Drive efficient, effective and consistent administrative support across the site. Purchasing, inventory control and contract management. Provide administrative support to both senior leaders and front line staff. Monitor training needs of staff and book training where required. Manage the annual harvest recruitment intake for the site. About you: Prior experience in an Administrative role. Confident using MS Office software. Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal. Good organisational and time management skills. Experience using SAP or similar (highly desired).
