About Us: The Youth Justice Learning & Development (YJ L&D) Team provides training services and learning and development consultancy to the Youth Justice Division (YJ).
The team sits within the Learning & Development function of the People and Workplace Services Branch.
About the Role: Operating as part of the YJ L&D Team, the Administration Officer will manage the administration duties for Youth Justice Custodial Services and also provide additional support to the YJ Community L&D Team and the YJ Central YJ L&D Team.
The Administration Officer will provide functions that include administration tasks such as copying, filing, data management, data entry and analytical tasks, reporting, procurement activities, scheduling and onsite support to the training team.
Some travel may be required to provide support and timely advice to youth justice locations in relation to system reporting and analysis of data.
Some of your duties will include: * Coordinating the day-to-day administrative requirements and tasks to support the effective operations of the YJ Custodial Learning and Development Team, including administrative functions that relate to the accredited training program.
* Supporting YJ Community and YJ Central L&D Teams in providing administrative functions such as data entry and reporting * Liaising with and maintaining effective and professional communication channels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including training participants, suppliers, or other teams.

About You: As an ideal candidate, you will possess: * Experience in administrative functions of a learning and development system including the use of LMS, Oracle, and data bases * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, with well-developed skills utilising Word, Power Point, and Excel * Experience in providing administrative office support, ideally within a sensitive and/or complex setting.
Qualifications: * Certificate III in Business is desirable.
