Duties and responsibilities: Responding to email enquiries and phone calls Creating repair quotations from job cards, converting quotes to orders and invoicing via Ostendo. Processing repair orders, including access to ERP systems. Sending certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking via freight companies Liaising with customers via phone and email in conjunction with information from the workshop regarding repair work. Tracking and accurate recording of service and repair documentation. Meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads with minimum supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of work Compliance to and awareness of Health & Safety regulations and requirements Being proactive in finding solutions to problems and identifying areas for improving processes Other operational activities as and when required Ideal Candidate: Level of computer literacy Ability to work autonomously and in a team Good time management and work to deadlines Reliability and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Hours will be 08:00am to 4:30 pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays.
