Utilise your administration skills for a leading electrical services company at their northern suburbs office, in this maternity cover (approximately 10m months) opportunity.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with half hour lunch break

Duration: This is a contract position covering maternity leave and likely to be 10 months in duration, starting in November 2024.

Location: Northern suburbs of Adelaide (25 minutes from the city centre)

Key Function: Providing administrative and operations support to the busy electrical maintenance and services function for a division of a large, national and well-established electrical company. You will be working within a small, close-knit and supportive administrative team.

Your responsibilities will include: Formatting and collating reportsData entry (into MX Excel and inhouse systems)Converting documents between MS Word and PDFManaging emails through MS OutlookConverting paper based documents to digital formats and sending to clientsPrinting dutiesRaising purchase ordersCall handling dutiesSupport with ad-hoc admin/office duties as required Skills and experience required to be successful in this role: Previous administration experience gained within an office environment is essential to be considered for this opportunity.It is preferred that your administrative experience has been gained within the construction services field (e.g., electrical, mechanical or plumbing services) IT Literate (MS Word and MS Excel) Greentree experience preferred (or similar e.g., MYOB/SAP)Excellent communication and customer services skills.Excellent time management capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracyAdaptable and flexible approach to work - a can do attitude
As this is a maternity cover contract, an immediately available candidate is preferred. Or you may be currently coming to the end of your current temp/contract position and would be available to start early November 2024
