Great team and culture Attractive hourly rate Immediate start About the role: In this role you will be assisting the Trade Store Manager with all aspects of maintenance admin. Processing of invoices via SAP Checking inbox for invoices Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email Processing invoices Accurate data entry Raising of PO numbers Receipting invoices into SAP Following up on invoicing issues Liaising with the various accounts departments About the individual: Experience in a similar role, admin and or accounts receivable/payable High level of attention to detail High level of accuracy Excellent communication skills both written and verbal SAP experience is required Ability to work both independently without direction and within a team If you are not experienced with SAP, this role won't be suitable, and you won't be contacted/shortlisted.
