5:2 roster 4 Month Contract Potential For Permanency About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of an Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha.
This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 4 months with potential for permanency.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and process invoices for completed jobs.
Pack, complete, and invoice outsourced jobs efficiently.
Coordinate transportation logistics for jobs as needed.
Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist callers as necessary.
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Assist in packing jobs in the production area.
Aid in preparing Hedland jobs for shipment or processing.
Provide customers with updates and information regarding completed jobs.
Enter bills and financial data accurately into Xero or similar accounting software.
Skills and Experience: Administrative proficiency, including experience in office software.
Invoicing and financial management skills, preferably with Xero.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on time management.
Problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.
Teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
Attention to safety protocols, including wearing enclosed shoes.
Prior experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
