This role will see you enhance your capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Major Mining Projects team.
You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.

Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition.
Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects.
We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.
What you'll do: This is a part time position, 25 hours per week, with flexibility on how that's arranged (either 5 x short days, or 3 x full days).
Joining us on an initial 12 month contract, your main responsibilities will include; Management of client requisition system, including project data entry, changes and reporting.
Meeting room bookings, minute taking and catering requests.
Credit card reconciliations, travel booking and other ad hoc administrational duties required by relevant stakeholders.
Document formatting and collation.
Assisting the other project administrators with tasks as required.
About You We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who can communicate with managers and clients of all levels within the business.
At least 12 months of Administration experience in a Professional Services environment.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
