This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our onsite Maintenance team based in Henderson in a full-time capacity.
Monday – Friday 7-3 or 8-4 (Hybrid working arrangement on offer after 3 months) The Administration is responsible for providing a full range of timely, confidential administrative and project support, and related services to the Operations Manager and the site supervisors, With respect, integrity and honesty, you will: Diary Management, including site training dates; training, maintain training and equipment registers, organise and source suppliers Organising online & onsite inductions & issuing site passes as required Compliance of tickets & licences Booking OGUK medicals as well as Drug & Alcohol Screenings for employees going to site Providing high-quality, accurate documentation and reports as required including field reports for the NDT Team Raising and processing purchase orders in NAV for medicals, services, plant and equipment hire Administration of PPE Ensuring accurate and timely management of the overall accounts and invoicing process in conjunction with the accounts team Supporting the team with equipment maintenance calibrations organising equipment to be sent off site for any maintenance or repairs Undertake bookings for accommodation, flights, travel and other bookings administration as requested for team whilst on rosters Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role: Proven experience in an administrative role with a good understanding of office support systems and administrative tasks High levels of written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent attention to detail Excellent planning skills with the ability work well under pressure Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products Experience with Microsoft Navision (NAV) Must be experienced with Excel spreadsheets Ability to learn new skills and tasks and adapt to a changing work environment Must be an Australian Citizen If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in we encourage you to apply via the link or directly through our website at .
