About the company Our client is a leading designer, maker and marketer of goods and systems for use in acute?and chronic respiratory?care, surgery, and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.
About the opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their well-established team on a temp assignment.
Responsibilities Providing a high level of administration support to the national education team, working closely with the National Education Manager in scheduling and managing external education events nationally Maintaining the online booking platform Controlling the education calendar and coordinating travel for the team Scheduling, booking and coordinating with venues for events, meetings and forums and create invites and agendas for these events.
Overseeing the extensive database operating the Mailchimp platform to send out targeted emails, and ensure the database remains current and clean.
Organising the internal training program and coordinating regular internal training sessions for all staff across all business units.
Skills and Experience 3 years' experience as an Administrator or comparable role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong administrative and organisational skills Expertise in Word, Excel and Power Point Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why is this opportunity right for you?
