Our client a Chemical company-based in Mulgrave are seeking an Administrator to start asap.
Job Summary:As an Office Administrator you will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that all resources are available and properly maintained.
Updating documents
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and manage HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and maintaining personnel records.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Support financial operations, including budget tracking, expense reports, and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office protocols.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Admin or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
Basic knowledge of HR and financial management is a plus.
A positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
