Role Details Reporting to the Mining Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient administration support to various departments on site at Gruyere JV as required.

This role is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.
Benefits include: 6% Site Allowance Private Health Insurance Allowance Quarterly Bonus Scheme Virgin Velocity reward points Increased annual leave entitlements About the role: Be organised and prepared to undertake all assigned tasks required for the day; Hand overs and technical support to be shown to the team; Provide support to optimise the team's capacity to meet business requirements by managing the department roster, leave, flight and accommodation requirements; Demonstration of excellent data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules; Administration duties associated with the SAP Procurement system and raising purchase orders, service entries; and Document and record keeping for the department.
About you: Certificate II level qualification in Business Administration.
Experience in a mine-based office administrative role.
Display experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in using SAP (ERP) and INX software systems would be highly regarded.
Valid WA manual driver's licence.
Team focused and adaptable to rotation throughout multiple departments.
