The role is Monday-Friday, working between 40-50 hours per week and an hourly rate of $35 (overtime hours will be paid on time and a half).

Assist with audits, compliance checklists, reports, and statistical data.
Maintain daily induction registers and ensure compliance with onboarding systems.
Support visitor access management and fleet vehicle administration.
Handle daily communication requirements, including plant board updates and pre-start reports.
Assist with data entry and other HSE-related administrative tasks.
Create and manage spreadsheets, tables, and graphs as required.
Attend and record meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
About the individual: Car and driver's license are required, site is not accessible via public transport.
Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to work across multiple systems/platforms.
Experience in construction, project, or HSE administration is highly desirable.
Exceptional typing and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and contractors.
Adaptable, proactive, and capable of independently managing a significant workload.
Comfortable working for up to 50 hours per week and flexible with additional hours as required.

Ability to demonstrate previous experience in a construction/project/HSE role.
