HST Administrative Assistant $50 per hour Ongoing position Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm Roster Overtime paid for any additional hrs About the Role We are seeking suitably experienced Administrator to join our team. You will be an integral member of the HST admin team on an Open Cut Coal Mine near Mudgee. You will have strong skills in document control and someone who can drive performance through processes and instil a safety-oriented culture. What you will be doing Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a Safety Management system that complies with legislation. Respond effectively to on-site incidents, injuries, and emergencies, Provide injury management support and facilitate incident reporting and action tracking. Ensure accurate reports on safety performance are gathered and available to all business units. Support injury prevention and company-wide health and safety initiatives. Assist in identifying safety priorities through Risk Registers and other sources. Maintain safety database and records systems. Provide system and administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST Manager On-boarding and induction of new employees Ensure statutory obligations and accountabilities are met.
