Job details Monday to Friday Darwin Location Immediate start available About the Role: WorkPac is currently seeking an Administrator for our esteemed client, a global leader in hazardous waste treatment, recycling, and soil remediation.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals, contributing to impactful projects that make a difference.
As a ongoing position, this role offers stability and the potential for long-term growth for the right candidate.
Operating from Monday to Friday, with a standard 38-hour workweek, the position is based in Darwin, providing an ideal setting for professional development and meaningful involvement in environmental sustainability efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Inbound and Outbound customer communication effectively.
Create service contracts and bookings accurately.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in business admin systems.
Handle medium volume data entry with precision.
Perform copying, filing, and archiving tasks as required.
Create and manage purchase orders efficiently.
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Complete delegated tasks within deadlines (Daily, Weekly, End of Month).
Foster effective working relationships within teams.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
Maintain professional relationships with business associates.
Demonstrate high standards of legal, ethical, and professional conduct.
Maintain confidentiality of business operations and information.
Skills and Experience: SAP knowledge and experience.
Familiarity with Gmail and associated programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
High level of work accuracy, professionalism, and self-motivation.
Demonstrates confidence and maintains a positive attitude.
Flexible and adaptable, quick to learn new tasks and open to change.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
