Job Title: Administrator
Summary: The Administrator will oversee daily office operations in a work from home role, coordinate with various departments, handle scheduling, maintain records, and provide administrative support. They ensure organisational efficiency by managing office tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting team members in their functions.
Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Organise and oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, handling mail, and maintaining office equipment.Ensure a well-organized, professional, and efficient workspace.Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing to the appropriate departments as needed.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and filing systems for documents, including personnel records, financial information, and other key organizational data.Ensure that documents are securely stored and accessible as needed.Support for Teams and Leadership: Provide administrative support to team leaders and executives as required.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other necessary documents.Support project and program coordination, facilitating communication between departments.Event and Meeting Support: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and manage follow-up actions as required.Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with office policies, health, and safety regulations.Update and communicate company policies and procedures as directed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)Proven experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesKey Skills: Time management and organizational abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communicationProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyFamiliarity with office management software or tools (e.g., ERP, CRM)Working Conditions: Typically work from home based, with potential for remote work depending on the organisation's policies. May involve occasional travel for company events or training sessions.
