Temporary Administration role in Inner North Brisbane for 6-8 weeks with possible extension Your new company


This childcare company has a number of centres across Australia, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. They are staffed by experienced and caring professionals who are passionate about helping children develop essential skills for their future.

Your new role


You will be based in the Head Office within their facility team, assisting with any facility or maintenance requests from their various centres nationwide. You will be receiving ticket requests, assessing the sites' needs and assisting in coordinating repairs by liaising with contractors and undertaking ad hoc duties as directed, such as data entry, invoice processing and general administration.

What you'll need to succeed


Your administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;


- Experience in facility administration
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and time management
- Adaptable and versatile What you'll get in return

- $35ph + Super
- 6-8 week contract with possible extension
