About the Role   Internally titled, we are looking for an Office Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support across three areas: bookings, accounts and back-office administration/reception.

Duties    Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and doctors  Manage administrative tasks, coordinating and administrating bookings requirement  Communicate with patients, medical rooms, and third-party providers  Assist with accounts tasks, including aged debtors and patient refunds  Process Doctors billings and receipt of payments  Requesting clinical documentation from medical organisations  Foster a positive team culture through collaboration  Ensure compliance with policies and high service standards  Skills & Experience   Proven experience in customer service and administration  Strong organisational and multitasking abilities  Excellent communication skills   Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook and medical software  High attention to detail and confidentiality  Experience in processing of accounts  Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset  Experience in healthcare or medical environments is a plus  Culture & Benefits   Wellbeing Program : Monthly activities during and after hours  Performance Bonuses : Annual reviews linked to rewards  Salary Reviews : Competitive annual salary adjustments  Recognition : Celebrate individual and team achievements  Team Events : Regular bonding activities and workshops  Emotional Intelligence : Bi-monthly development workshops.
