Duties may include; Serve as the friendly first point of contact, warmly welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.
Supervise front-of-house duties, including answering and directing calls.
Manage schedules, book meetings, and coordinate diaries.
Offer assistance to the broader administration team when needed.
Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
Support office operations, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
The Criteria Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Availability for a full-time position during studio hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Basic familiarity with MYOB/Xero and Canva is a plus but not mandatory.
