Located in South Australia, it plays a critical role in global resource supply, utilizing innovative mining and processing technologies to deliver sustainable outcomes.
About the Role: WorkPac is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our leading mining client in Roxby Downs.
This role is open to both residential candidates and FIFO from Adelaide on a Monday to Friday roster.
Key Responsibilities will include: Perform a range of contract administration tasks including managing timesheets, processing purchase orders, and verifying invoices.
Coordinate new applications, including yard and vendor applications.
Facilitate and support the Surface Contractor Forum.
Participate in and compile results from various layered audits.
Record and manage contractor meeting minutes.
Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between operations and contractors, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
Provide support to contractors to help them fulfil their obligations effectively.
Play a key role in the mobilisation and demobilisation processes for contracted services.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing contract improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the identification and execution of cost-saving opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required: Administration experience in the mining industry SAP experience desirable Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams).
