Join the King of the Hills team as an HSEQT Administrator and be responsible to ensure all HSEQT policies and procedures are followed and a proactive approach to HSEQT is maintained. About the role FIFO from Perth 8:6 ALL DAYS roster Attractive Remuneration Roles & responsibilities not limited to: • Enter hazards into InControl for Surface and Underground divisions. • Enter training records into Chris21 for the Surface and Underground divisions. • Upload training records to Success Factors and Corporate Drives. • Compile summary reports for various HSEQT information. • Preparation of reports, papers, presentation material and information as required. • Prepare agendas, gather information and generate reports in preparation for meetings. • Provide general administrative support to the HSEQT team. • Planning and organisation of travel, meetings and general organisation of the Group HSEQT team. • Assist with the preparation of presentations and support papers as required. • Set up profiles in InControl and provide support to users where necessary. • Preparation of training material, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) forecast meetings and scheduling. • Assist with the coordination of internal and external conferences and training as required.
