About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative and data management support professional to join our team. You will be joining a dynamic team of Clinical editors, Coordinators, and two additional Administrators. In this role, you will support HealthPathways projects by providing administrative and data management assistance, maintaining the integrity of the HealthPathways Directory, and liaising with healthcare professionals. Your efforts will help ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to support the healthcare system to deliver on right care, right place, and right time.
Key Responsibilities: Support Clinical Editors and Coordinators by gathering non-clinical healthcare data.Ensure accurate data entry and maintain system integrity.Liaise with healthcare professionals to update referral and service data.Provide administrative support, including managing platform access.About You:
You are an organised, proactive individual with a solid administrative background and data management experience. You excel in communication and relationship-building, thrive in dynamic environments, and effectively manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience: Certificate IV in office administration, business, or a related field, and/or at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Strong data entry and administrative skills with experience in managing information systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.Advanced time management and organisational skills.Experience in the health sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.How to apply:
