About the role Based in our new offices in Frenchs Forest, we are recruiting for a permanent Full time Administrator to work closely with our Ophthalmology teams to provide efficient and accurate script approval service to our clients.
The successful candidate must have great attention to detail and previous experience with administration.
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities include: Coordinate the receipt and movement of scriptsValidate scripts and ensure they are captured in the softwareTreatment reporting and reconciliationsEstablishing/maintaining high level of customer service for clinics Generate prescriptions, using the Clinic's softwareResponding to queries via phone, email or general correspondenceAssisting with the day to day running of the office environmentGeneral administrationSkills, experience and requirements include: Administration experience Excellent communication skillsProfessional and friendly mannerProactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independentlyStrong attention to detailStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlinesA good team player with a "can do" attitudeExperience working in a pharmacy, health care or medical industry an advantageIf you have a winning spirit, are customer and solution focused and would love to work for an innovative and dynamic company then please submit a cover letter and resume via the link.
